Having spent more than 15 years in the corporate world, including positions of leadership, in a variety of fast paced, high-pressure industries, Alice is now deeply and personally committed to the success, fulfilment and wellbeing of her coaching clients. She focuses on helping leaders thrive in complex situations by unleashing their innate resourcefulness to address the problems they face.

In the last few years, Alice has been honored to share the growth journeys of numerous senior leaders across a wide range of functions and industries. With a healthy dose of radical candor and humour, Alice is passionate about empowering her clients to create the leadership shifts and impact they want for themselves and the world at large.

In one recent assignment, Alice worked with a senior executive to develop and shape her authentic leadership to manage successfully both her external and internal stakeholders in the midst of the covid19 challenges and of a high-profile company merger. Her client has learnt to grow and influence as a coach and mentor to her teams so that they could collectively face and thrive in the complexity of their business circumstances.

Before becoming a professional coach, Alice has always felt at a crossroads of cultures as a firstgeneration Chinese born in France and consciously cultivated this fantastic bridge in between 2 worlds in fast transformation. She has lived and worked across 3 continents as part of her professional career, spanning from audit, shipbuilding to offshore rig brokerage, where she has successfully pursued and closed USD600 million worth of deals.

Alice obtained her Master in Management and BsC in Finance & Law from ESCP Europe Business School. She is a certified Integral Coach from New Ventures West and is accredited in a wide range of developmental assessment tools.

Alice is fluent in French, English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

She currently lives in Singapore with her husband and two daughters who are her best teachers. She enjoys running, practicing mindfulness through her ashtanga and meditation practice and engaging in conversations that matter.
