Cultivating high-quality energy requires learning to concentrate, and learning to be with yourself. At all times, the quality of your energy says much more about you and your ideas than the words you're using to convey those ideas. It applies to all works of life. Whether you are a family leader, a business leader or a political leader, you want to be able to follow your own energy. And for that, you need to know what's inside it.

The quality of the energy we create is closely related to the input we invite into this body. It’s about the quality of our mind and how we apply our mind in relationships with people around us. Being a leader in an organization or any other type of community, the way you design and relate to the people around you is tremendously important. You want to rest on relationships which are going to carry all of you in what you want to create.
Working on your presence, body and energy is going to allow you to trust the ideas coming from your mind, the emotions, the way you carry them. The third point, which is all about your behaviour and relationship, can be subdivided into three parts. The first part is the relationship you have with yourself. The second part is your dialogue with people in your network, your stakeholders. And the third one is your recovery patterns.
When we speak to ourselves, that’s often how it feels. There’s a lot of judgment and criticism. Learning to be aware of the quality of your dialogue is the key. How do I relate with people around me according to who they are? That’s also related to the ecosystem. You’ve never seen a tree relating with a flower or an animal for anything else but what it is.
To recover your best self you first need to know how to be present to who you are. There is one big tennis player that’s retiring. These days it’s Federer and before he was Serena Williams. Many other people are also retiring and dying in the world at the same time.
