How to Harness Energy as a Leader?

If we want to find partnership with ourself, it is alike with people. We need to learn to trust where the energy is pointing to. If it is hard for us then it is an invitation to look inside (self exploration) and understand to surrender to what’s going on instead of trying to bend our self to our will which is quite often really ours but more the result of a long standing social conditioning.
There is a moment when we’re invited to learn to recognise the power of the energy within us instead of listening or paying attention to what we want to say. What is the essence of what’s within us, and what do we want to take in the world we live in?
In education systems all over the world, we are taught early on how important it is for us as children to translate things into labels, be right or wrong about something and know what’s next on our list—all while ignoring our inner voice.
It’s time to pay attention to the quality of your energy.
When we start to pay attention to the quality of our energy, we begin to realise that what we want for the world is also what we want for ourselves. It becomes easier as we start to apply our capacity—the practice we’ve been doing all our lives—to ourselves in how we want to grow and develop.
I begin to recognise the impact I want to have on people: whether it’s desire, striving for excellence, creating things or having more fun in life; or the intensity that I have when I build relationships with others or the anger that arises when I’m trying to create something, and it doesn’t work out as well as I’d like.
For example, learning to allow yourself to let anger express itself in places so that you get access to its fantastic creative capacity rather than learning how to hold all your power inside of you and meet the consequences of it blowing up from time to time and then not be able to leave your own space and join the collective conversation with people in front of you because of your fear of the impact.
When we start respecting ourselves, appreciating our capacity, and how much energy is inside us, we will be able to do the same for others, too! We will be able to access what they want and less likely to push back at them for getting something done.
The more rich your relationship with yourself is, the more it will be with other people. And therefore, most of the time, it’s all about allowing yourself to amplify the energy you are afraid of, to let it go rather than holding it back.
