Everything you do is a result of the energy available within you. For instance, The quality of the energy available within you will determine how you perceive this short post.

When you can cultivate your energy right, you will be able to create an impact. The impact can be in two ways. In the way you feel and perceive, and in the way you act.
-
Pay Attention to the Energy You Have per Moment.
Access to a wide range of different energies can help you choose the right energy to achieve your goals.
For example, if you’ve had a difficult conversation with your boss or peer recently, it can be really hard for you to be fully present in that meeting.
However, if you have learnt how to pay attention to your energy in those meetings, you will be able to easily recover your center of gravity. This will help you to shift your focus to a higher quality of energy and be present at that meeting.
When you have this type of control over your energy consistently, you would be able to create a consistent impact. (see team sports outcomes).
-
Create the Energy You Want.
You must be able to create the energy you want at any time as a leader. This energy will determine your environment and how your conversations would go.
So, as a leader, you must take responsibility for the energy that dominates your environment. It will help you project your vision appropriately.
Conclusion: The Quality of Energy in Your team will Determine the Quality of Their Productivity.
The flow of energy and how it works is quite similar to that of a fruit. After all, we are the fruit of nature. The quality of the soil determines the quality of the tree and therefore the fruit.
However, the fruit is a result of the energy generated by every other element as well. This element could include the rain, sun and fertility of the soil.
As an organization, as a team, and as a leader, The quality of energy produced is the soil; and the result of that energy determines the quality of the fruit produced.
Some of those fruits are good for cooking and suitable for eating, and some of those are good to be dropped and let go of.
Therefore, the more you pay attention to the quality of your energy, the more you can trust that the fruits you are going to choose to eat or share are the good ones.
We all need to cultivate our energy and trust its quality.
