You’ve heard multiple places that the voice is you or you are your voice, all its nuances and represents who we are in a specific moment.
Here, I would like us to look at it from the ground up rather than backward. Energy is power available everywhere at all times, always informing, bringing life and movement to all the forms it is fueling, from a tree to a fish to a human.
Energy is always looking for a host to partner with as it manifests and applies itself to do its job, which is to show aliveness and connect with other energy forms (other people) and other hosts.
When you look at it from this angle, then there are chances that you will want to stop controlling it; instead, you might want to start learning to be with it and pay attention to the underlying emotions and beliefs being echoed by your “voice” through you instead of trying to manifest emotions you are not in touch with.
Your voice is an exact output. It is displaying itself according to an algorithm (in the making for a long time) being fueled by your energy.
The next step might be: how do you leverage this understanding in your daily life, in your daily interactions with your colleague, to allow it to find its way through your vocal cords so that they can express themselves to the people around you?
The biggest requirement is honesty with self and with others and realising how much we are or aren’t in integrity with ourselves. The more we are in integrity with what matters to us and what we believe in, the more our voice effortlessly carries those ideas like small little vessels travelling through space and landing in all the people’s minds and hearts so that they can then put them in motion.
The more you can connect with that part of you, that part of your body, the more you can access the centre, the root of your voice and therefore allow in the same way your arms, your eyes, and your facial expressions are going to send signals to people around you, your voice is going to be able to share the subtlety of your being, the subtlety of your ideas in ways that the words can’t convey.
I’m very curious to hear your comments and your ideas on those perspectives because they are just perspectives from experience. So if you have anything to share with me, please do so. I want to be in conversation with you.
