Integral coaching model

The integral coaching model is based on Wilber’s integral theory, often referred to as the “AQAL” model that stands for all quadrants, all levels, all lines, all states and all types, that represent all the aspects through which we can describe individual and collective manifestations and experiences. At its core, integral coaching is an integration project : between polarities, between pragmatism and depth, between all aspects of human life.

It is a blend of working towards very tangible and clear outcomes through tailor made practices and deepening from a place of presence, mindfulness and acceptance, which is a powerful holding space for the client to develop more self-awareness and resourcefulness when faced with challenges. Major outcomes are long term and self-generating competence and fulfillment, which support the client’s continuous development and unfolding.
