Chemistry is a compound, it is water to the fish and air to the bird. It is essentially alive: spontaneous, alogical and at times counterintuitive. In coaching context, it is the co-creative encounter of our physiological, emotional, mental and spiritual experience resulting from the interaction between two or more people — on a quest! As the subtle and permanent environment which supports and influences the expression of our coaching relationship, it frees up the development potential of the coachee — and of her coach — to engage courageously in the exploration of our irresistibly high and abysmally low unknown selves for our co-realisation.
